        • Required parent meetings will be held on September 9th from 9:30am-10:45pm.  New WYSO parents will meet in room 2650 while returning WYSO parents will meet in room 1121.  Opus One parents will meet from 9:30-10:30 on September 16th.
        • Additional details about the September 9th rehearsal will be sent via email next week

  • Parking:  picking up and dropping off your WYSO member at rehearsal can be overwhelming.  We recommend adding additional time to your commute to park at one of the area parking ramps and walk your child to the Humanities Building.  We also recommend parking and arranging a rendezvous point to pick up your child after rehearsal has concluded.
    • Pick-up and drop-off in the traffic circle on Park Street (Lot 105) is very limited.  Any vehicle disrupting the flow of traffic on Park Street or in the traffic circle will be asked to move.
    • Parking in the accessible parking spaces found in the Park Street traffic circle is strictly limited to cars with state disabled parking permits. Cars parked illegally in these spaces will be ticketed and towed.
    • Please note there is an 11:00am home Badger game on September 9th; this will cause increased traffic and delays in the campus area.
    • Please consider using lot 107 (Chazen Museum pull-through area) on University Avenue as a drop-off/pick-up point.
    • For your convenience, area parking structures are circled on the attached Parking Map.

  • WYSO Office Hours: WYSO has two office locations.  Starting September 5th, the hours at these locations are as follows:
    • 2009 W. Beltline Hwy:  Tuesday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
