Practice – Practice – Practice

Here are some fun practice tips:

  • Create a practice log
    • Track your practice time and set some goals.
  • Practice your scales and solo piece for the upcoming WYSO auditions in June.
  • Use your metronome and tuners
    • Tonal Energy Tuner App is fun, everyone loves that smiley face. You can also record yourself with TE Tuner.
  • Contact your WYSO friends and text them your best recording of the day.
  • Practice with a recording. This will help you to understand the full score and make you feel like you are part of an ensemble in the comfort of your own home.
  • Find your instrumental parts through imslp.org
